Job summary

Aspia is seeking a Platform Engineer to bridge platform operations, DevOps, and developer enablement across the Nordics. You will shape secure, scalable platform services and guide development teams in deploying and operating solutions.

The role combines hands-on engineering with governance of GitHub Enterprise, automation, and incident support. You will collaborate with architects, security, and operations to raise the bar for platform reliability.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and developer enablement.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise administration.
• Experience supporting dev teams in onboarding and incident analysis.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and security principles.
• Ability to work structured, service-minded, and collaboratively.
• English fluency; Finnish or Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development teams in adopting platform services and DevOps patterns.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for production issues with platform services.
• Develop and improve reusable platform capabilities and automation.
• Take operational responsibility for GitHub Enterprise and governance.
• Collaborate with architects, security, and operations to align solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and onboarding materials.
• Promote DevOps principles and automation across the platform.
