Job summary

Aspia is seeking a Platform Engineer to bridge platform operations, DevOps practices, and development teams. The role focuses on platform engineering, operational support, automation, and developer enablement to enable secure, scalable deployments.

You will support teams adopting platform services and resolving production issues, with responsibility for GitHub Enterprise governance and cloud foundations. Hybrid work with Espoo office preferred.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in a platform engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise administration and governance.
• Experience with Azure cloud services, security principles, access management, and automation.
• Infrastructure as code, scripting, or automation experience is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support development teams in adopting platform services, DevOps practices, and deployment patterns.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting for production-related issues involving platform services and pipelines.
• Develop, maintain, and improve reusable platform capabilities and automation.
• Take operational responsibility for GitHub Enterprise, including governance and access management.
• Collaborate with architects, security, and operations to align platform solutions with requirements.
• Contribute to documentation, onboarding material, and support models.
• Promote DevOps principles, standardization, and operational excellence.
