SEB is seeking a proactive Sourcing & Category Manager to lead category strategies and multi-year roadmaps across Marketing, Professional Services, and Insurance spend. You will drive demand and risk assessments, manage supplier portfolios, and partner with Finance and Group Business Services to deliver sustainable value.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in procurement and sourcing.
• Experience analyzing data and presenting insights.
• Ability to translate strategic changes into process requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop category strategies and multi year roadmaps.
• Perform demand, market, and TCO analysis.
• Define supplier models and sourcing strategies.
• Decide when sourcing activities are required and how classified.
• Act as commercial owner for categories and supplier portfolios.
• Responsible for value realization and risk mitigation at category level.
• Define sourcing strategy for strategic projects.
• Generate supplier portfolio and RFx input.
• Prepare RFx and negotiate tactics.
• Collaborate with other functions to assess risk of strategic vendors.
