Continuous support and guidance are provided by a supervisor.

Responsibilities include helping clients with tasks such as shopping, outdoor activities, meals and cooking, dressing, hobbies, and household chores, both at home and in broader contexts.

You will meet a potential client before starting and, if issues arise, alternative arrangements can be found. Employment follows the private social services sector collective agreement. Training is provided through Aarre Akatemia before starting.
