The job is offered as a personal assistant under private social services sector collective agreement and is suitable for those seeking full-time, part-time, casual or gig work. As a personal assistant you can determine how much and when you work, so the job suits also alongside another job or studies.

No special training is required for the role; the right attitude and reliability are the key traits of an excellent personal assistant.

You will receive ongoing support and guidance from your own supervisor.

The work includes assisting clients with everyday tasks at home and outside, such as shopping, walking, meals, cooking, dressing, hobbies, and home management.

We offer training and a welcoming team at Aarre Avustajat. We combine client needs with assistant preferences to fit everyone.

You will usually meet a new client before starting the contract. If something does not work as you expected, together we can find a suitable alternative. You may work for as many clients as you want.

A criminal record extract older than 6 months is required before starting work.
