Job summary

Skeleton Technologies is seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant for the Finnish entity (OY). You will own end-to-end accounting for the Finnish books, and act as the main contact for external auditors throughout audits.

You will handle reporting to Finnish state institutions and external partners, coordinating with the HR team on payroll. The role requires 3+ years in senior accounting, IFRS/Finnish GAAP knowledge, and fluency in English and Finnish.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Senior Accountant or Chief Accountant in a smaller entity.
• Experience with production accounting and payroll processing is desirable.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and Finnish GAAP.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong communication skills in English and Finnish.
• Familiarity with Epicor and Rillion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting execution for Skeleton Technologies OY end-to-end.
• Serve as main contact for external auditors from start to finish.
• Handle reporting with Finnish state institutions, external partners, and internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finnish HR on payroll execution.
