Job summary

PDSVISION is seeking a Junior Support Engineer to join its Nordic support team and help customers succeed with CAD, PLM, and digital transformation solutions.

You will grow your expertise in enterprise software, CAD/PLM systems, databases, and cloud or on-prem environments while receiving mentoring, training, and certifications. You’ll engage with customers across the Nordic region and collaborate with experienced specialists to accelerate your development.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Professional proficiency in English and Swedish or Finnish.
• Authorization to work within the Nordic region.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers across the Nordic region.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Manage software licenses and user access.
• Configure and maintain customer environments.
• Support server maintenance and system administration.
• Handle support cases via web, phone, and remote sessions.
• Collaborate with consultants during customer implementations.
• Guide customers on industry best practices within CAD and PLM.

What you will do

You will together with the nordic support team:

• Be the first point of contact for customers across the Nordic region

We believe you have:

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Professional proficiency in English and either Swedish or Finnish
• Authorization to work within the Nordic region

Extra advantage if you have experience with:

• PTC solutions, especially Creo and Windchill
• Ansys products
• Other CAD or PLM platforms
• Product development processes
• SQL and databases
• Customer-facing tasks or support environments
• Programming (Java or similar languages)
• Windows Server, Active Directory, VPNs and enterprise IT systems
