Job summary

Wärtsilä seeks a Global Program Manager to lead the end-to-end Global HR Time & Payroll Transformation Program. You will oversee delivery across regions, vendors and internal teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes while managing dependencies and stakeholder expectations.

The role is based in multiple European locations (Gdansk, Bermeo/Madrid, Esposende, Belgrade) with potential remote work within these countries.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading multi-country transformation programs (HR/Time/Payroll)
• Proven track record delivering programs on time, within budget and scope
• Strong stakeholder management at senior/executive levels
• Experience with HRIS/Time & Payroll ecosystems is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of global Time & Payroll transformation program
• Define program plan, milestones, dependencies and resources
• Coordinate across multiple vendors, regions and internal teams
• Secure governance and timely decision-making across functions and regions
