Roschier is seeking a part-time receptionist to join the Catering & Reception team in Helsinki. The role focuses on delivering first-class guest service, managing reception and switchboard, and supporting catering and administrative tasks.

Flexibility for occasional evening events is valued. We value initiative, a hands-on attitude, and a genuine interest in excellent customer service, with fluency in Finnish and English and Swedish as a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in reception and switchboard is essential.
• Service-minded and able to create a welcoming experience for visitors.
• Good command of Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reception and switchboard duties and greet visitors.
• Assist catering team and provide general administrative support.
• Handle mail, courier services, and office safety tasks.
• Support premises-related coordination and events as needed.
