Job summary

Fortum Renewables is seeking an Operational Technology Manager to define, coordinate and ensure IT/OT requirements for wind, solar and energy storage projects. You will serve as a key interface among project teams, EPC contractors, OEMs, SCADA and IT groups.

The role covers the full lifecycle from development to handover, and requires strong coordination, governance and technical execution. You will monitor progress, risks and documentation, while promoting standardisation and lessons learned

Qualifications

Engineering or related degree.
Experience coordinating IT/OT scope in energy, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
Experience with ICS and automation architectures; knowledge of HMI and industrial communications.
Strong understanding of SCADA, networks, system integration, testing and commissioning.
Knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles and standards.

Responsibilities

Act as the OT Project Manager in Wind, Solar and BESS projects.
Define and coordinate project IT/OT scope and requirements during development and execution.
Ensure IT/OT requirements are included in Purchaser Requirements, technical appendices and supplier documentation.
Coordinate control-room, SCADA, communications, connectivity and system integration planning.
Support procurement, technical evaluations, vendor clarifications and design reviews.
Participate in factory and site acceptance testing, implementation planning and commissioning support.
