Job summary

Solar Foods is seeking an IT and Operational Technology Manager to own the company’s IT/OT environment across current and future factories. You will shape how technology, cybersecurity, governance and digitalisation support our growth and manufacturing network.

This hands-on leader will build scalable IT/OT capabilities, strengthen regulations like NIS2 and ISO 27001, drive ERP/MES projects, manage vendors, and establish clear governance and ownership across Technology and Operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in IT/engineering fields.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and hands-on IT/OT experience.
• Experience with ERP and manufacturing systems.
• Excellent stakeholder communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Own IT and OT infrastructure across factory programs.
• Lead cybersecurity, regulatory readiness and governance.
• Oversee ERP, MES and production system enablement.
• Manage vendors, services and IT budget.
• Establish clear ownership and scalable operating models.
