At Helsinki Shipyard, we specialize in tailor‑made, high‑class vessels for the most demanding marine conditions, from icy polar routes to luxury cruises. Our legacy dates back to 1865. We cover the full design life cycle from basic design through procurement and detail design coordination and work closely with production, suppliers, and other disciplines. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary design organization of ~120 people, and a wider shipyard community of ~400 professionals.

As part of the selection process, candidates chosen for the role will undergo a routine medical check, which includes a drug test. For certain roles, a security clearance may also be required.
