Job summary

CTS Group seeks an experienced electrical commissioning professional to coordinate commissioning activities on a major data centre project in Seinäjoki, Finland. Ensure system readiness, energisation, and integrated testing with a smooth final handover.

You will review designs, manage IST documentation and coordinate interfaces across MV/LV, UPS, protection, BMS/EPMS. You will lead commissioning meetings, track progress, and ensure safety and quality across contractors and vendors, reporting

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering qualification and at least 5 years' commissioning experience on data centre or similar complex projects.
• Experience commissioning MV/LV distribution, UPS, protection schemes and integrated controls.
• Ability to plan and execute IST documentation on a digital platform.
• Thorough understanding of Finnish and European electrical regulations and standards.
• Strong coordination, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan commissioning activities and coordinate with construction, design, vendors and client stakeholders.
• Review submittals, test scripts and RAMS to ensure compliance and readiness.
• Attend factory tests and conduct QA/QC inspections as required.
• Confirm system readiness before testing and energisation with proper permits and lockout controls.
• Lead commissioning meetings, issue reports and track actions to closure.
• Verify turnover packs and support client witnessing and handover.
