Job summary

CTS Nordics OY seeks an experienced BMS Lead to drive the BMS package from design through handover on a large data centre project in Seinäjoki, Finland. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors and system integrators, ensuring safe, compliant and timely delivery.

You will review designs and interfaces, manage testing and commissioning, and contribute to project risk mitigation and handover activities with English-speaking stakeholders in a dynamic international team.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Controls, or related discipline.
• 8+ years BMS and controls delivery experience with technical leadership.
• Strong BMS and HVAC controls knowledge with fault-finding ability.
• Experience with BACnet, Modbus or similar interfaces.
• Fluent English and excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BMS package from design through handover and coordinate stakeholders.
• Review designs, submittals, drawings and network architecture.
• Coordinate BMS integration, testing, commissioning and FAT/SAT.
• Manage program milestones, risks and recovery actions.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety and compliance with standards.
• Provide technical input on changes and interfaces.
