Job summary

GagaMuller Group is seeking a Project Lead to act as the Client’s senior on-the-ground representative for the delivery of a large-scale data centre project. The role provides overall leadership, coordination, and assurance across all technical, commercial, and delivery workstreams, ensuring alignment with scope, cost, programme, quality, and operational readiness.

The Lead Owner Representative will head a multidisciplinary team and act as the primary interface between the Client and delivery

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Schedule Management.
• Experience dealing with relevant issues.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the delivery of the data centre project on behalf of the Client, ensuring alignment with scope, budget and programme.
• Provide strategic oversight across CSA, MEP, and Commercial workstreams to ensure an integrated and coordinated delivery approach.
• Lead a multidisciplinary Owner’s Representative team and act as the primary interface between the Client and delivery organisations.
• Maintain governance, risk management and reporting with clear actions and executive updates to ensure project success.
