The GagaMuller Group is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager/Owner’s Representative to lead and coordinate all mechanical works on large construction projects. You will act on behalf of the client to ensure design intent, schedule, quality, and safety are met while coordinating with the design team, contractors, and vendors.

You will oversee installation progress, manage submittals, RFIs, commissioning readiness, and handover activities, and drive delivery through effective governance and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• PM experience in complex construction environments.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and best practices.
• Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Experience managing contractor and stakeholder relationships on major projects.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary client-facing representative for all mechanical works on the project.
• Oversee GC delivery performance across planning, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor mechanical installation progress against programme milestones and drive recovery actions where required.
• Ensure all mechanical systems are delivered in line with design intent, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Support handover activities, including validation of as-built documentation, O&M manuals, training records, and punch list close-out.
