Job summary

Toll Group in Finland is seeking an experienced Freight Coordinator to manage ocean and air freight shipments for import and export, handle bookings, cargo pickups, and delivery arrangements.

You will liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouses; monitor progress; and prepare shipping documentation while ensuring compliance and timely updates to customers.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in ocean freight operations.
• Knowledge of customs processes.
• Experience in air export operations is an advantage.
• Experience using freight management systems (such as CargoWise) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities
