Job summary

TUI is seeking a Senior People Services Manager to lead HR Operations, Payroll and advisory services across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. You will guide teams delivering comprehensive support through the employee lifecycle, align processes with local regulation, and drive the Nordic HR hub’s efficiency and digital transformation.

You will influence business leaders, support managers at multiple levels, and spearhead initiatives that improve colleague experience while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Proven success in HR Operations, People Services, HR Advisory, HR Generalist or HR Business Partner tracks.
• Ability to blend operational excellence with practical people support and commercial awareness.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations, organisational change, and performance matters.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HR Operations, HR Advisory and Payroll across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
• Guide teams delivering support to managers and colleagues across the employee lifecycle.
• Drive development of the Nordic People Services Hub while aligning processes with local laws.
• Champion AI, automation and digital solutions to transform HR service delivery.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR value, organisational effectiveness and improved colleague experience.
• Collaborate across the global organisation to share best practices and scalable solutions.
