Essentia Living Center in Fosston, Minnesota seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant for a night shift (6:00 pm–6:30 am). Every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation required. Sign-on bonus eligible with two-year commitment.

Night differentials available; pay range $22.50–$29.25 per hour. 0.3 FTE; benefits listed apply to eligible employees. Responsibilities include direct resident care, personal hygiene, nutrition support, and safety of residents.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized nurse aide training program.
• Current registration on applicable state nursing assistant registry or obtain within 4 months of hire/transfer date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to skilled nursing facility residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meet nutritional needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable resident environment.
• Identify safety hazards and report changes in resident condition promptly.
