Chrysalis of Reno, Nevada is seeking to hire a full-time Residential Care Manager for In-Home Caregiving. Would you like to support individuals with developmental disabilities to lead self-directed, meaningful lives?

Morning shifts, swing shifts, and graveyard shifts are available to fit your schedule. This entry-level swing shift or graveyard position starts at a competitive wage of $18.50-$21.50/hr, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to communicate well in verbal and written form.
• Demonstrated supervisory skills and crisis management.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client office needs.
• Maintain program documentation accurately.
• Knowledge of DSPD policies (desired).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the residential program.
• Supervise Residential Support Staff.
• Maintain high quality of the program and implement person-centered plans.
• Coordinate with school, state workers, family, therapist, and residential placement.
• Ensure appropriate staff ratios and staff training.
• Help individuals gain greater independence by applying Chrysalis values.
