Job summary

Cedar Court Senior Living is hiring a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide compassionate daily living support to residents. The role includes bathing, grooming, mobility assistance, medication help, and documentation per care plans.

We offer Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN positions with shift options including nights, evenings, and weekends. Competitive pay and benefits are provided, with a focus on respectful, person-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate personal care and support with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and medication assistance
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or medical conditions, including documenting vital signs and services provided
• Promote client independence, dignity, and quality of life through companionship, social engagement, and individualized care support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment by following infection control, safety procedures, and completing light housekeeping duties
• Collaborate with the care team by assisting co-workers, completing delegated nursing or therapy tasks, attending required trainings, and following agency policies and care plans

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Good standing, active MN Certified Nursing Assistant CNA, or successful completion of agency-provided training
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience with older adults preferred
