Job summary

The Icebreaking Company Oy is seeking two part-time Night Shift Employees for the 2026-2027 season. Night hours are 11:15 PM – 6:15 AM, with about 80 hours per 3 weeks for one role and 60 hours per 3 weeks for the other. The job includes nightly patrols, maintaining the experience facility, and guiding guests. Temporary maintenance support may be required.

Salary ranges €14.00–€15.50 per hour, depending on experience. Start is planned for November–December and continue through the end of March.

Qualifications

• Sufficient English language skills to communicate with guests when necessary.
• Basic emergency first aid skills.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly patrols of the area.
• Maintain and service the experience facility.
• Assist and guide guests whenever necessary.
• Provide temporary support in maintenance duties when required.
