Job summary

AmeriCare Plus In-Home Personal Care Agency is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Nursing Assistants (NA) and Personal Care Aides (PCA) to provide compassionate in-home care. Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time and PRN positions with weekly pay and benefits for full-time staff.

Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene, mobility, meals, medication reminders and light housekeeping, while monitoring client health and reporting changes.

Qualifications

• CNA, NA, or PCA certification required; PCA online training may be provided
• Reliable transportation and valid Virginia driver’s license
• SS card and 2 professional references
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and bathing
• Support mobility and transfers (e.g., bed to wheelchair)
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding
• Provide medication reminders
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior
