Job summary

Wolt is seeking a Finance Systems Development Manager to architect and own our NetSuite-based finance landscape. You will drive the system roadmap, ensure scalable design across geographies, and oversee integrations, data flows, and governance with internal and external partners.

You will lead development of customizations and scripts, promote automation, and collaborate with Finance stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-performance financial processes across our global operations.

Qualifications

Strong NetSuite technical development and solution design experience.
Hands-on development plus systems ownership and architecture.
Experience with multi-entity and multi-country ERP environments.
Ability to communicate with finance end users and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Act as owner and architect for Wolt’s finance systems environment centered on NetSuite.
Define architecture and development roadmap ensuring scalability across markets.
Design end-to-end solutions including integrations, data flows, and system structures.
Improve performance and efficiency of finance operations.
Lead customizations, scripts, and workflows aligned with compliance needs.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for stability.
Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to translate challenges into scalable solutions.
Identify automation opportunities and apply AI where relevant.
