Job summary

ManpowerGroup Oy is seeking a on-site Project Coordinator based in Helsinki to support the project director with initialization, progress tracing, risk management, and budgeting. You will track daily operations and coordinate resolution of escalated issues, ensuring orderly project flow and KPI achievement.

The role requires English and Finnish fluency, with Mandarin a plus, and a Bachelor's degree or higher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Fluency in English and Finnish (written and spoken) is required.
• Mandarin knowledge is considered a plus.
• Experience in project management and field work is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Support project director to deal with project management tasks, such as project initialization, Progress tracing, risk & assumption overdue tracing, project budget management, etc. Ensure standard and orderly project operations.

• Responsible for office DMD platform operation, such as arranging project delivery professional review meeting, project routine health check and internal control self-check, cooperate with all relatives to achieve office KPI.
• Support DMD to achieve the revenue target and deal with revenue related issues.

Knowledge

• Have a good command of the basic knowledge about project management and field work.
• Be familiar with the PMP process and be proficient in one or more business or technical domains (e.g., wireless, fixed network, DC, software, and IT).

Capability

• Demonstrate strong customer service awareness, have good communication and coordination skills.
• Be good at driving progress and execution, have an excellent command of the operations for process execution, identify the risks that arise from business support, and resolve common issues.

Skills

• Be proficient in using Microsoft Office, be able to process data analysis.
• Fluency in English and Finnish (written and spoken) is required.
