LM Information Delivery is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager to lead international marketing strategy and operations for our fast-growing global business. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and collaborates with global sales teams; it may be located at any LM country office.

You will drive brand building, multi-channel campaigns, and localised publications across countries, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualificações

• Experience as a marketing and communications specialist, with management experience preferred.
• Experience budgeting and strategy within a group-wide marketing and communication unit.
• Proficiency with multiple marketing channels.
• Brand building, media relations, PR and information management.
• Experience developing and localising marketing materials for international markets.
• Strategic, analytical yet hands-on approach.
• Crisis communications knowledge is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills in Finnish and English.

Desired Skills & Experience

We expect prior experience on:

• Versatile external and internal marketing and communication specialist role, preferably also management role
• Budgeting and strategy work in a group-wide marketing and communication unit
• Using fluently different marketing and communication channels
• Expertise from company brand building, media relations, subcontractor co-operation, PR & information with business-minded and resultoriented approach
• Development and localisation of marketing materials and publications to various countries
• Innovative, strategic and analytical skills but also very good hands-on and operative approach
• Crisis communication knowhow is an advantage
• Presentation skills and very good Finnish andEnglish(Swedish advantage)
