Job summary

The Date Media Oy, Finland's leading hospitality marketing and media company, seeks a Marketing Manager to own client relationships and shape strategies. You will lead campaigns with cross-functional teams and ensure on-brand, timely delivery that fills tables and rooms.

Fluent in Finnish and English, you will manage a portfolio of hospitality clients, identify growth opportunities, and report results clearly. On-site Helsinki office with start date 01.11.2026.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing or agency work.
• A real interest in hospitality. You know what makes a good restaurant or hotel tick.
• You are organised, calm under pressure and good with people.
• You can think strategically but do not mind getting your hands dirty.

Marketing Manager, Date Media (Helsinki)

We are the largest Hospitality Marketing and Media company in Finland, working with one of the most famous restaurants, hotels and cafés across Finland and the Nordics. We help them get noticed, get booked and stay busy. Now were looking for a Marketing Manager to own our client relationships and shape the strategies behind them.

• Keep projects on time, on budget and on brand
• Spot new opportunities with existing clients and help grow the accounts

What were looking for

• Fluent Finnish and English. Company’s working language is English, but most of the communications with clients happen in Finnish.
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing or agency work
• A real interest in hospitality. You know what makes a good restaurant or hotel tick.
• You are organised, calm under pressure and good with people
• You can think strategically but do not mind getting your ”hands dirty”

Nice to have

• Background in marketing or hospitality
• Experience with social media, marketing strategy or PR
• Swedish or other Nordic languages
