Job summary

Oura Health Oy is seeking an MTE Senior Software Engineer to develop and scale manufacturing test software and validation environments. The role bridges embedded firmware, hardware test environments, and PC-based test systems, with a focus on reliable, reusable test solutions across products.

You will join a four-person Manufacturing Test Engineering team, collaborate with firmware and R&D, and contribute to CI/CD and tooling improvements for frequent, systematic validation onsite in Oulu.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting software systems for reuse and scale across products.
• Hands-on development across full stack from embedded to data layers.
• Experience with embedded hardware interfaces and PC-based test environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for embedded/test software and HIL systems.

Responsibilities

• Developing and architecting manufacturing test software and infrastructure.
• Designing interfaces between DUT and test station software stack.
• Working with embedded systems and hardware-controlled test environments (HIL).
• Improving CI/CD environments for reliable validation.
• Improving firmware testing and validation processes with the firmware team.
• Writing, reviewing and debugging production-quality code across the stack.
• Using test data to identify issues and improve testing.
