Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience testing complex software or hardware systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; ability to find root causes.
• Proficiency in English communication; Finnish language skills are an advantage.
• Experience with embedded, industrial, automotive, robotics, telecom, defense, medical devices or similar systems.
• Knowledge of test automation, scripting, APIs, and communication protocols.
• Technical background in software engineering, computer engineering, electronics, automation, embedded systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of testing activities, and travel across Europe as needed.

The work combines hands‑on system testing, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with developers. Some positions are primarily based in Turku/Kaarina, while others also involve customer validation work and regular travel across Europe.
