Softability is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to design and implement test automation for embedded and industrial products. You will work at the intersection of hardware and software, developing automated integration and system-level tests for client projects.

Hybrid work is supported, with 1-3 days per week at client offices around Tampere Metropolitan area; strong English communication and mentoring skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience with Python & Robot Framework.
• Experience with automated hardware testing, measurement equipment, and industrial interfaces.
• Familiarity with HIL platforms, simulators, or communication protocols.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement test automation for embedded and industrial products.
• Develop automated integration and system-level tests for hardware-software hybrids.
• Mentor and consult with clients, promoting quality and reliability.
