Job summary

Neste is seeking a Manager, Operating Models in Espoo, Finland, to drive the overall operating model and its alignment with Neste’s commercial operations. You will bridge business strategy with operational reality, leading design and maintenance of the operating model across functions.

We are looking for you, Manager, Operating Models to our Group Business Processes team. The team drives operating model and business process maturity and excellence across Neste Business Areas and Functions

In this role, you will be in a high-impact position bridging business strategy with operational reality, driving the development and maintenance of the Neste overall operating model, with specific focus on the commercial operating logic between our customers, suppliers, and different legal entities.

In order to optimize the overall operating model, we consider how to best align organizational structures and accountabilities, roles of people and teams, business processes and information flows, IT capabilities, legal entity roles and interactions, physical infrastructure and relevant governance and performance management practices to drive simplicity, efficiency and agility. With your expertise added to the team, we can together do meaningful work to drive Neste forward.
