Job summary

Neste is seeking a Manager, Operating Models in Espoo, Finland to bridge business strategy with operational execution. You will drive the development and maintenance of Neste’s overall operating model, focusing on commercial logic between customers, suppliers, and legal entities.

You will optimize organizational structures, roles, processes and IT capabilities, while collaborating with a broad stakeholder network to drive simplicity, efficiency and agility across the business.

The team drives operating model and business process maturity and excellence across Neste Business Areas and Functions. In this role, you will be in a high-impact position bridging business strategy with operational reality, driving the development and maintenance of the Neste overall operating model, with specific focus on the commercial operating logic between our customers, suppliers, and different legal entities.

In order to optimize the overall operating model, we consider how to best align organizational structures and accountabilities, roles of people and teams, business processes and information flows, IT capabilities, legal entity roles and interactions, physical infrastructure and relevant governance and performance management practices to drive simplicity, efficiency and agility. • Leading, facilitating and personally performing operating model design activities
