Job summary

GE HealthCare Finland Oy seeks a technically skilled Technical Documentation Specialist to support production lines by creating and maintaining documentation for machine qualification activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and reports.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production to gather technical information, ensure accuracy, and translate complex data into clear, audit-ready documentation while maintaining version control and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Proven technical writing experience in manufacturing, industrial, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with IQ, OQ, and PQ documentation processes and standards.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing equipment, automation, and validation principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Finnish.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems.
• Ability to manage multiple documentation projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain machine qualification documentation, including IQ, OQ, and PQ protocols and reports.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Production to gather information and ensure accuracy.
• Translate complex technical information into clear, structured documentation for audits.
• Ensure documentation complies with industry standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage document version control and traceability in document management systems.
• Support continuous improvement by updating documentation after equipment upgrades or audit findings.
• Assist in developing SOPs and work instructions related to machine operation and qualification.
