Job summary

IQM is building world-leading quantum computers and relies on a precise warehousing operation to keep materials flowing to production. As a Warehouse Specialist, you will receive shipments, inspect and store materials, and prepare outbound deliveries, while collaborating with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.

You will maintain inventory accuracy, operate automated storage systems, and support continuous improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a similar role.
• Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems is an advantage but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn in a growing environment.
• A customer-service mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Working proficiency in Finnish and English.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, inspect, register, and store materials.
• Pick, pack and prepare outbound shipments for internal and external deliveries.
• Move materials efficiently between warehouse and production areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through stock counting and ERP transactions.
• Operate automated storage and shelving systems to support warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Fabrication, Delivery, Procurement, Quality and other teams.
• Handle sensitive and fragile materials following safety, security and quality procedures.
• Maintain an organized, safe and efficient warehouse environment with continuous improvements.
