Job summary

Kemira, a global leader in sustainable chemistry, is seeking a Manager, Logistics Equipment and Warehouse Operations to lead sourcing of logistics equipment and manage warehousing services within an international matrix. Qualifications

• Several years of experience in sourcing logistics, transportation, warehousing, fleet, or indirect services in an international environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing suppliers and service providers with focus on performance and continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, preferably warehousing.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a complex international matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sourcing and contracting of logistics equipment (tank containers, rail wagons) and related services.
• Manage logistics equipment and warehousing service providers to ensure safe, reliable, cost-effective operations.
• Oversee warehouse operations and drive high performance across the logistics network.
• Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and ensure contractual compliance.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional projects supporting Kemira's growth, profitability, sustainability, and customer service objectives.
