Tschudi Logistics Finland is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Helsinki. You will manage international transport operations, coordinating shipments end-to-end and building strong customer relationships across Europe.

The role combines operational excellence with commercial thinking in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You will join a small, agile team in a growing international group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience within freight forwarding, project logistics or international transport.
• Experience with ocean freight, road transport and multimodal logistics.
• Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Plan and coordinate international freight movements across sea, road, air and rail.
• Manage transport operations from quotation through execution to final delivery.

About the Role

As Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing international transport operations while developing long-term relationships with customers, suppliers and partners. You will coordinate shipments from start to finish, ensuring efficient execution, high service quality and cost-effective logistics solutions.

Working in a small and agile team, you will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence both daily operations and future business development.

Ideally, you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience within freight forwarding, project logistics or international transport.
• Experience with ocean freight, road transport and multimodal logistics.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and create value for customers.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
• A proactive, solution-oriented and entrepreneurial approach to your work.
