Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fluency in English, Finnish and proficiency in at least one European language or Chinese.
- Experience in localization, language technology, translation project coordination, or related field.
- Strong project coordination, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate localization of software, documentation, and product content across languages.
- Manage localization deliverables, schedules, and collaboration with stakeholders and providers.
- Maintain terminology databases, translation memories, style guides, and QA activities.
- Leverage AI, automation, and language technologies to improve quality and efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to optimize, standardize, and scale workflows.
- Analyze localization metrics and support continuous improvement.
