Job summary

Krogerus in Helsinki is looking for a mid‑level law student to join our Knowledge Management team as a Trainee. The one‑year traineeship starts in January 2027 and you will work part time, usually two or three days a week alongside your studies.

As a Knowledge Management Trainee, you will support our lawyers across practice areas, gain practical experience in business law and learn how to research and retrieve information efficiently.

Job description

We are looking for a law student in the middle stages of their studies to join our Knowledge Management team at our Helsinki office. The one-year traineeship starts in January 2027, and you will work part time, usually two or three days a week alongside your studies.

As a Knowledge Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to put your legal studies into practice and develop your understanding of business law. By supporting our lawyers across different practice areas, you will gain valuable practical experience and a broad perspective on legal work.

Gain a broad view of business law

As part of our Knowledge Management team, you will assist our lawyers with legal research and information retrieval. Your work will also include following legal, regulatory and market developments and helping our practice areas stay up to date with changes relevant to their work.

The role will introduce you to a wide range of legal topics and information sources, while giving you the opportunity to develop your research skills and learn how to find and assess relevant information efficiently.
