Job summary

Eaton in Vantaa, Finland, is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer for production to own quality performance on assigned production lines and drive prevention, risk management and data-based improvement.

You will act as the Quality expert for new product introductions and product changes, ensure PFMEA, Control Plan and risk assessments are completed, support manufacturing readiness, analyze defect trends, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, R&D, and suppliers to raise product

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality experience in manufacturing.
• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Electrical, Automation, or Process Engineering.
• Experience in the energy or electrical sector is advantageous.
• Proven track record of driving measurable quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own quality performance for assigned production lines and lead improvements.
• Promote a proactive quality culture through prevention and risk management.
• Act as the Quality expert for new product introductions and changes.
• Ensure PFMEA, Control Plan and risk assessments are completed throughout project phases.
• Support manufacturing readiness, pilot builds and production launches.
• Analyze quality metrics and lead root cause analyses and CAPA.
