Job summary

Vend is seeking a UX Lead for AI Product Transformation to define agentic experiences across mobility, real estate, jobs, and recommerce. You will shape how autonomous systems monitor, decide, and act for users while keeping humans in control.

You’ll lead discovery and design across cross-functional teams, translating complex AI capabilities into trustworthy, delightful user experiences and setting new interaction paradigms at Nordic scale.

Qualifications

• Deep product design experience with a strong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking.
• Proven ability to design complex, data-rich or technically sophisticated products.
• Comfort working in ambiguous contexts with independence and structure.
• Balance design viability with business value and customer needs.
• Ability to move from discovery to detailed interaction design and specs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and ML teams on product creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and concept work with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.
• Drive user research to validate new interaction patterns in uncharted spaces.
• Evolve design frameworks and systems for complex AI behaviours.
• Co-create and coach; elevate design across the Vend community.
