Job summary

Accenture Nordics is expanding its Defense Technology practice by hiring a Lead Solution Architect to drive mission-focused synthetic environments and AI-enabled platforms. You will shape and deliver complex architecture for NATO defense organizations and global defense clients, defining end-to-end simulation and AI architectures.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in senior architecture roles in mission-critical environments.
• Experience designing event-based, distributed, federated systems.
• Understanding of AI technologies and modern data platforms (Palantir, Databricks).
• Proficiency with architecture frameworks and modelling standards (Archimate, NAF, UML).

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end simulation and AI architectures with client teams.
• Design scalable cloud-native synthetic environment platforms for training and wargaming.
• Shape architectural vision during sales and early engagement phases.
• Mentor development teams and ensure security-by-design practices.
• Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and standards enforcement.
• Oversee a team of architects across application, infra, simulation and data domains.
• Contribute to evolution of the CSE global asset across markets.
• Collaborate with technology partners and ecosystem players.
