Job summary

WithSecure is looking for a Domain Lead for AI & Delivery Platform to ensure the architectural integrity of its AI-native platforms in Helsinki. This pivotal role demands a proven track record in building AI systems and leading engineering teams to deliver impactful cyber security solutions.

You will set the direction for data architecture and drive technical integrity, collaborating closely with peer Domain Leads and participating actively on the Technology leadership team.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in AI-native platform building.
• Experience as Chief Architect with a strong architectural vision.
• Deep understanding of data architecture and AI systems.
• Hands-on experience with high-throughput data systems.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the architectural vision for the AI and data platform.
• Lead and build alignment across engineering functions.
• Translate the AI-native engineering ambition into a roadmap.
• Ensure the platform's capabilities enable engineering teams.
