Qualifications

10+ years of experience from software development.

Practical experience using AI tooling in software development.
Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar technology related background.

Responsibilities

Define and communicate the target architecture for customer service and agentic AI capabilities.
Guide solution architects and engineering teams across service areas, and be part of the implementation.
Ensure architecture decisions support security, compliance, scalability, and business value.
Partner with business, technology, risk, and data stakeholders.
