Job summary

Nordea Bank Norge ASA seeks a Lead Talent Management Expert to drive a future-focused talent agenda, lead strategic projects and deliver value-adding frameworks for leaders and employees across the bank.

You will act as a trusted advisor to Heads of People and People Business Partners, leveraging AI-enabled talent solutions and data insights to support strategic decisions while building a high-performance culture.

Qualifications

5-10 years of professional People experience with Talent Management in a large international organisation.
Experience in designing and implementing concepts within talent management such as succession, development or internal mobility.
Turning talent data into executive insights and decision support.
Experience advising senior leaders, influencing talent decisions and driving change across complex organisations.
Excellent presentation and communication skills; strong digital/analytical skills; AI-enabled talent solutions a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end Talent Management solutions for employees and leaders across the bank.
Drive a future-focused talent agenda and deliver value-adding frameworks, tools and solutions.
Run strategic projects and deliver governance for talent strategies and leadership development.
Collaborate with Group People to create synergies and an aligned interface for strategic workforce planning.
Analyse talent data and produce high-quality reports and executive presentations.
