Job summary

Nordea Bank Abp in Finland (Helsinki or Gdańsk) seeks an Enterprise Architect to define and drive solutions within the Embedded Banking Service Domain. You will shape APIs, file-based channels and real-time services for payments, cash management and reporting, aligning business strategies with scalable architectures.

You will collaborate with international teams, lead architectural governance, and coach others across disciplines in a hybrid model (60% onsite, 40% remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in computer science, engineering or similar or another technology related background.
• Strong understanding of Payments as a business area.
• Experience working with Payment Platforms and API‑based banking solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop Architecture Visions and Target & Transition Architectures with focus on payments area.
• Support execution structures and development teams with architecture governance.
• Lead enterprise architecture assignments across Service Areas.
• Represent Architecture in steering committees and governance forums.
• Support proof-of-concept and procurement processes for new software.
• Coach less senior architects and work across architectural disciplines.
