Job summary

DNV in Nordics seeks an inclusive Team Lead for Solar & Battery Storage, based in Sweden or Finland. You will guide the Nordics team, manage customer relationships, and shape consulting services while focusing on delivery, planning and scalable growth.

You will contribute to proposing practical AI-enabled improvements, work with Head of Department and key account managers, and ensure high‑quality output across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Several years of consulting or customer-facing experience.
• Experience with project delivery and operational management.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to translate needs into solutions.
• Fluency in English; Swedish or Finnish language skills are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• People leadership: lead, coach and develop the team.
• Customer and consulting leadership: build trusted customer relationships and shape solutions.
• Project delivery: allocate capacity to client projects and ensure quality.
• Operational management: resource planning, utilization, forecasting, financial follow-up.
• Sales and business development: manage pipeline and pursue opportunities.
• Service development and AI: drive responsible use of AI and digital tools.
• Collaboration: work across sections and locations to deliver consistent experience.
