Job summary

Evac Group is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to lead and deliver complex Engineer-to-order (ETO) projects within the Project Management team. You will own technical scope, interact directly with customers and shipyards, and coordinate multiple engineering disciplines to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

The role requires strong marine engineering expertise, hands-on project delivery experience, and excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced marine environment.

Qualifications

• Proven marine engineering background with shipyard/process industry exposure.
• Experience managing technical scopes of ETO projects.
• Ability to engage with customers, shipyards and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the technical scope of assigned customer projects.
• Act as the primary technical contact for customers during execution.
• Lead technical discussions with shipyards, vessel owners, operators and stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into engineering deliverables and execution plans.
• Coordinate activities across process, mechanical, electrical and automation disciplines.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to meet project requirements.
• Monitor progress, budgets and milestones and report to Project Managers.
• Review engineering costs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Support procurement, production, FAT and delivery activities.
• Ensure all project documentation is completed to a high standard.
