Normet Group is seeking an experienced Chief Engineer, Concrete Spraying, to lead process technology development in Iisalmi, Tampere or Espoo, Finland. You will drive concrete spraying technology, automation, and related systems within the R&D team and collaborate across engineering disciplines.

You should have at least five years as a senior engineer, strong 3D design skills (preferably Autodesk Inventor), and excellent English communication. Finnish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years as a leading engineer in a relevant field (mobile machinery or automation).
• Analytical thinking to develop new technologies in concrete spraying.
• Experience in automation and control systems is advantageous.
• Strong 3D-design experience, preferably with Autodesk Inventor.
• Willingness to own responsibilities and grow in the field.
• Good command of English; Finnish language a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead concrete spraying process development and technology development.
• Drive SmartSpray, NorSmart, and SmartScan initiatives.
• Oversee automatic process monitoring and VR simulator support.
• Collaborate with R&D and product line leadership across teams.
