Job summary

CTS Nordics Oy seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to head electrical designs for Finnish data centre projects and act as the local technical expert ensuring compliance with Finnish regulations and project goals. You will coordinate with international teams, clients, and sites to drive quality and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes design oversight, QA, and cross-functional collaboration across stakeholders, with travel to project sites and client meetings during construction and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Approximately five years or more of experience in electrical systems design.
• Experience in data centres, critical infrastructure, or other technically demanding environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading and quality assuring electrical system design for data centre projects in Finland.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.
• Reviewing electrical designs, documentation, and technical solutions.
• Coordinating technical changes, clarifications, and design improvements.
• Providing technical support to site and commissioning teams.
• Collaborating with clients, authorities, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ensuring safety, quality, and technical performance of electrical systems throughout project phases.
