Job summary

If Insurance is seeking a Lead Developer to steer a cross-functional tech team in its Nordic digital services hub. You will blend hands-on coding with technical leadership across the full software lifecycle, influencing architecture and delivery.

The role covers React/Next.js front-ends, .NET/C# backends, and Azure-hosted platforms, with a focus on maintainable, scalable solutions. You will operate in a hybrid setup across Kupittaa, Turku and Keilaniemi, Espoo, collaborating with colleagues in

Qualifications

Proficient in .NET/C# and modern web technologies (React, Next.js, TypeScript).
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.
Comfortable with both modern cloud-based solutions and established production systems (ASP.NET Framework, Razor Pages).
Experience in agile teams, technical analysis, refinement, estimation, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on development while providing technical leadership and solution ownership.
Guide implementation decisions; ensure maintainability and alignment with business needs.
Contribute across full software lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
Drive architectural decisions and promote engineering best practices within the team.
